FREQUENSEE | The Art of Being Seen

Hayley is an intuitive energy worker, frequency activator and the soul behind FREQUENSEE. Working with Rainbow Light Energy, light language and intuitive guidance, she holds space for women to release what no longer serves them, realign with their energy and remember the light they have always carried within.

    About me

Hayley is a Gold Coast-based intuitive energy worker, photographer, mother and the heart and soul behind FREQUENSEE.

Her own spiritual awakening deepened through motherhood, leading her on a journey of self-discovery, healing, shedding layers and remembering who she truly is.

Working with her own modality, Rainbow Light Energy, Hayley intuitively weaves together chakra balancing, energetic clearing, light language and higher guidance to support women in releasing what they no longer need to carry, restoring energetic harmony and reconnecting with their authentic selves.

She believes that beneath the conditioning, expectations and layers we collect throughout life, there is a frequency that is uniquely ours. Sometimes, we simply need the space to reconnect with it.

Through her sessions, Hayley holds a nurturing, grounded and sacred space for women to soften, surrender and simply be.

Based on the beautiful Gold Coast, she offers personalised, in-home Rainbow Light Energy sessions, bringing this experience directly to the comfort of her clients’ own space. Zoom sessions are also available.

  • The Sacred Vessel: Reclaiming the Divine Masculine Within the Sisterhood of the Rose

The Sacred Vessel: Reclaiming the Divine Masculine Within the Sisterhood of the Rose

Within the Sisterhood of the Rose, the Divine Feminine is often honored as the blossom: receptive, radiant, intuitive, and alive with beauty. Yet every rose also needs a stem. The Divine Masculine offers the structure, protection, and grounded presence that allows the blossom to open safely.

The Stem and the Thorns: The Archetype of Masculine Protection

The Divine Masculine is not domination or force. It is the steady container that protects what is tender, sacred, and becoming. Like the stem of a rose, it provides direction and support. Like the thorns, it carries discernment and healthy boundaries.

    Divine Feminine
    The Blossom

    • Receives and feels
    • Creates and nourishes
    • Opens to intuition and mystery
    • Expresses beauty, love, and connection

    Divine Masculine
    The Stem

    • Protects and provides structure
    • Acts with clarity and integrity
    • Holds boundaries with compassion
    • Creates safety for love to flourish

Neither expression is complete without the other. The blossom needs the stem, and the stem exists in service to the blossom. Together, they reveal a sacred wholeness that lives within every person.

The Lineage of the Rose Brothers

The Rose path has always held space for devoted masculine presence. The Rose Brothers are guardians of integrity, reverence, and service. Their role is not to lead from above, but to stand beside the feminine with humility, strength, and an open heart.

When the masculine is rooted in devotion, it becomes a vessel for protection rather than control. It listens, witnesses, and acts when action is needed. It honors the wisdom of the feminine while offering the clarity that helps a shared vision take form.

The Inner Union: Merging the Energies Within

Reclaiming the Divine Masculine begins within. Each of us carries both the blossom and the stem: the capacity to soften and receive, as well as the capacity to choose, protect, and follow through.

Inner union asks us to welcome both energies with compassion. We can let our feminine intuition guide us while allowing our masculine discernment to create boundaries. We can dream deeply and take grounded action. We can be tender without abandoning ourselves.

May the rose within you bloom freely, held by the strength of a sacred and loving stem.

Bringing the Divine Masculine Back to the Table

To bring the Divine Masculine back to the table is to make room for healthy protection, clear boundaries, and devoted action within our communities. It is an invitation to honor men and masculine energies that are willing to meet the feminine in respect, accountability, and love.

Within the Sisterhood of the Rose, we remember that healing is not separation. It is reunion. When the blossom and the stem are both honored, the rose can stand tall, open fully, and share its fragrance with the world.

  • Returning to the Wisdom of the Sacred Feminine

Returning to the Wisdom of the Sacred Feminine

We are living in a time of remarkable remembering. Deep within the collective consciousness, there is a pulse—a gentle, persistent frequency—recalling us to the wisdom, power, and grace of the Sacred Feminine. One of the most beautiful and potent currents re-emerging is that of the Sisterhood of the Rose.

Sisterhood of the Rose is a wholistic wellness space created to nurture belonging, personal growth, and meaningful transformation. Created by Narani Nazar to connect people with an online network and directory for sacred practitioners who are masters of their craft. With offerings of coaching, alchemy circles, workshops, healing sessions, and supported shared experiences, the goal is to offer a safe space to reconnect with yourselves and with one another.

This path is not new; it is ancient. Its presence can be traced through diverse spiritual traditions and cultures, from the esoteric mysteries of ancient Egypt to the medieval teachings of the Magdalenes. The Rose itself is a universal symbol: it represents the blooming of the human heart, the fragrance of devotion, the protection of thorns, and the layered mysteries of love.

The Myth and the Mystery: Historical Threads

While the “Sisterhood” itself often operated as a hidden or inner school, we can find its threads woven throughout history.

    Ancient Egypt

The Rose was closely associated with Isis, the goddess of magic, motherhood, and fertility. Initiate paths often used Rose iconography to represent esoteric wisdom and spiritual purity.

    The Magdalene Lineage

Perhaps the most famous connection is to Mary Magdalene and the subsequent traditions (like the Cathars and Templars) in Southern France. In this lineage, the Rose symbolises divine union, hidden gnosis (inner knowledge), and the embodiment of Christ consciousness in the form of the Sophia (Holy Wisdom).

    Apparitions and Mystics

We see the Rose re-emerging in the visions of mystics like Saint Therese of Lisieux (The Little Flower), who promised to shower the earth with roses after her death, symbolising small acts of love.

Core Pillars of the Rose Path

The Sisterhood of the Rose is not defined by a single book, leader, or dogma. It is an energy and an invitation that individuals answer intuitively. Here are the central pillars of the path:

    1. Devotion to Love (The Blooming Heart)

The Rose path is fundamentally a path of love—self-love, love for humanity, and love for the Divine. It emphasises opening the spiritual heart (the “Rose”) and allowing its fragrance (compassion, forgiveness, and kindness) to fill the world. This is not passive love, but active, potent devotion.

    2. The Power of Sacred Union (Inner and Outer)

The path honours the marriage of opposites: masculine and feminine, light and shadow, spirit and matter. It invites us to achieve an inner sacred union (the Alchemical Marriage), harmonising the divine within ourselves, which then reflects in our outer relationships and creations.

    3. Embodiment and Somatic Wisdom

Unlike ascetic paths that seek to transcend the body, the Rose path seeks to embody spirit within the body. It reclaims the body as a temple of the Divine Feminine. Practices often include intuitive movement, dance, sacred anointing, and connecting with the wisdom held in the womb/hara center.

Modern Application: How to Connect Today

The beauty of the Sisterhood of the Rose is that its teachings are readily accessible in daily life. You do not need to join a secret society; you simply need a willing heart.

Ways to align with this frequency

    • Work with the Physical Rose: Keep fresh roses in your home. Bathe with rose petals or use rose essential oil. Tune into the living vibration of the flower.
    • Practice Compassionate Witnessing: Offer a non-judgmental, loving presence to others (and yourself), acting as a channel for the Magdalene energy.
    • Somatic Movement: Dedicate time each day to move your body with the intention of being a vessel for divine energy, dancing your joy and processing your sorrow.
    • Journaling/Contemplation: Dedicate space to explore the concept of Sophia (Wisdom) and how it wishes to express through you.

The path of the Rose is an invitation to walk the soft yet powerful road back to your own heart. It is a path of radiant vulnerability, deep compassion, and the unwavering strength required to love fiercely in a complicated world. The call is soft, but its impact is profound.

  • Embracing the Light, Beauty & Devotion

Embracing the Light, Beauty & Devotion

Oracle Cards are a great way to connect with your deep architecture of the soul—a holy invitation to remember who you truly are, to step into your innate sovereignty, and to anchor divine grace into your daily existence.

At its core, the Sisterhood of the Rose is an ancient lineage of priestesses, mystics, teachers, healers, and creatives. It is a path walked by those who feel a deep, soul-level calling to hold space for light, lead from the heart, and honor the sacred in all things.

The Pillar of Light, Beauty and Devotion

In a world that often demands hustle and noise, the Rose lineage offers a different way of being: Devotion.

Devotion is the decision to treat your life as an altar. It is the practice of moving through the world with reverence, listening to the subtle whispers of spirit, and surrounding yourself with beauty.

Beauty in this sacred context is not superficial—it is a high vibrational frequency. When you intentionally surround yourself with beauty and create beauty wherever you go, you raise the vibration of your space, your home, and everyone who crosses your path. Creativity, art, flowers, sound, and intentional spaces are all physical manifestations of divine love.

The Aphrodite Energy: Frequency of Divine Grace

The Goddess Aphrodite is a powerful ally and archetype within this message. Often misunderstood merely as a goddess of romance, Aphrodite in her true, ancient form represents:

    • Radical Self-Love & Sovereignty: Claiming your inherent worth without needing external validation.
    • Sensory Receptive Grace: Experiencing the divine through the physical senses—the touch of oil, the fragrance of a rose, the movement of the body.
    • Magnetic Creation: Allowing beauty and abundance to flow to you naturally through devotion rather than force.

Aphrodite supports the Sisterhood of the Rose message by reminding us that beauty is a conduit for healing. When you honor the goddess within, you step out of struggle and into a state of sacred flow.

How to Embody the Rose Lineage Today

    • Create a Daily Beauty Ritual: Light a candle, place fresh roses on your space, or work with sacred oils before your morning practice.
    • Express Your Creative Truth: Whether through painting, intuitive movement, channeled writing, or vocal expression, give your soul a physical voice.
    • Practice Sacred Boundaries: Protect your energy field so that your devotion remains pure and unshakeable.

Whether you draw a single card from a deck each morning or simply choose to walk through your day with a devoted heart, remember: You are the vessel. Create beauty wherever you go.

The Astrology: The Barbault’s Basket Collective Cradle

The Sky as a Living Pattern

The cosmos is right now weaving a rare and powerful pattern known as Barbault’s Basket. This extraordinary alignment is a ‘collective cradle,’ a harmonious geometry formed by a series of supportive aspects—sextiles and trines—among the slow-moving, outer planets: Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

While the exact opposition of Jupiter and Pluto can sometimes magnify power dynamics and systemic cracks, the overarching ‘basket’ structure offers a vessel for a profound and constructive reset.

This isn’t a fleeting transit; it marks the opening of a significant historical chapter, a moment when visionary ideas (Uranus), spiritual compassion (Neptune), and heart-centered leadership (Jupiter) find a pathway to transform our global systems (Pluto). We are, collectively, inside this great shift, learning to move forward in a more unified and enlightened way.

    For You Personally

Astrology can be a mirror that helps us meet ourselves with more tenderness, curiosity, and trust.

Because this is a major world event, it is also a powerful anchor point for your personal journey. We invite you to reach out for clarification. A personalised check-in on how Barbault’s Basket is activating your unique natal chart can help you understand:

  • What Sacred Community Can Offer Women in Seasons of Change

    Finding steadiness together

There are seasons in life when change arrives all at once. A new chapter, a quiet loss, a shift in identity, or a longing for deeper meaning can leave us searching for something that feels grounding and true. In those moments, sacred community can become more than support. It can become a place to remember who we are.

At Sisterhood of the Rose, we believe healing and growth are nurtured in connection. When women gather with intention, compassion, and openness, space is created for reflection, restoration, and transformation. Whether through circles, workshops, movement, or spiritual practices, community offers a gentle path back to self.

    Why community matters

Modern life often asks women to carry much on their own. Sacred community offers a different rhythm. It invites us to slow down, be witnessed, and share honestly without needing to perform or have all the answers. In that kind of environment, healing can feel more natural and less lonely.

    • A sense of belonging during uncertain or transitional times
    • Encouragement for personal growth and spiritual exploration
    • Practices that support emotional clarity and inner calm
    • Meaningful connection with women walking their own healing paths

    Ways to reconnect

Reconnection does not always begin with a dramatic breakthrough. Often, it starts with one small yes. A workshop that opens a new perspective. A circle that helps you feel seen. A movement class that brings you back into your body. A spiritual reading or activation that helps you listen more closely to your inner wisdom.

These experiences can create space for insight, release, and renewal. Over time, they help build a stronger relationship with your intuition, your body, and your sense of purpose.

Healing does not always happen in isolation. Sometimes it begins in a room where you feel safe enough to soften, speak, and be supported.

    An invitation to begin

If you have been craving deeper connection, gentle support, or a more intentional path forward, this may be your invitation to begin. Sisterhood of the Rose offers experiences designed to help women gather, heal, and grow in ways that feel grounded, soulful, and welcoming.

Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome to explore, connect, and take the next step in your own time.
